At ASHACO, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

While we may prepare and pack orders on weekends and holidays, shipping carriers may not pick up or move packages until the next available business day.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 will have shipping charges calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package throughout its journey.
